One of the best exercises you can do is a Kettlebell Swing. It is also one of the most butchered excesses done in the gym. I was also one of the people years ago that did this incorrectly. A squat is not a swing. This week at Heavyweights Training Center we are teaching our StrongHer & Bikini girls how to swing as its one of the most beneficial exercises period.
