One of the best things about being a coach is seeing a persons progress through hard work and determination. Meet Blaze..not just a badass name, Blaze shows up for class with a smile on his face, give it his all, and has made some excellent progress since joining. Heres what he had to say about his journey so far... ~When did you start Crossfit? January 2014 ~What Sport/exercise had you done previous to Crossfit? None ~What were your reasons for starting Crossfit? Weight loss and getting fit ~What changes have you noticed in yourself since starting Crossfit? Lowered blood pressure and cholesterol, 2 stone weight loss, clothes fit better! ~What has been your biggest accomplishment since joining Crossfit Galway? 135kg deadlift, finishing the longer WODs in 20 mins or less ~What is your favourite WOD/movement? Chief, Jack. ~And your least favourite? Snatch ~What is your favourite thing about Crossfit? Its challenging, the variation in exercise and the supportive instructors ~What are some of your future goals? Continued weight loss and deadlift of 150kg
