One of the biggest areas people go wrong on their diet it portion size. Yes things like yogurt and nuts are healthy snacks but that doesnt mean they should take the place of real foods like green vegetables and meat proteins and make up the mainstay of your meals. just because youre eating a salad doesnt mean you can drench it in dressing (where the calories and fats hide) And it certainly doesnt mean you can devour an entire bag of cashews without guilt. But when it comes to portion size we often dont have any clue what an ounce of nuts looks like or what two tablespoons of dressing really is?
