One of the biggest challenges Ive had in training my lower body is my lumbar hyperlordosis from gymnastics and years of cheerleading/stunting. Pain can be intense, but with continued practice and stretching, I know it will continue to improve! Here is REVERSE HACK: Push through your heels, keep knees strong,neck relaxed, back straight, core tight, and BREATH in on your way down, out on your way up. Get power from your breathing.
