One of the biggest dilemmas faced by collectors when selling part of their collection, is the emotional attachment that comes with it. We here at ComicWhore are not immune to it, which was proven to us again earlier this week. We have sold countless issues from our collection behind the scenes, but a recent one a couple of days back tugged at our heartstrings pretty hard. We agreed to sell a quite a substantial lot of silver/bronze age comics to one of our members, and the bulk of them were vintage X-Men comics. A handful of you know that we are big X-Men aficionados, so selling these babies was difficult. But at the end of the day, we are happy to know that these comics could not be heading to a more deserved collector, and that they will be treasured and well-kept in a good home. :) Fare thee well our beloved comics!
