One of the biggest disappointments (in my opinion) is the way women of color are portrayed on reality tv shows. Not only does it reinforce stereotypes about us, but it influences young women to adopt these same behaviors and mindsets. This week I will be drafting letters to a number of advertisers pleading with them to stop supporting these television shows by pulling their advertising and sponsorships.
