One of the biggest things for me has been that self love is always the answer, and self criticism (which is different from self honesty), really, is never the answer. Like many, many others, Ive experienced a level of my being that can be described as ecstatic and excited constantly, (in contrast to my more personal mind interpreted experience), as if in a constant silent orgasm. One way I paint a picture of this is to consider levels of my experience as a progression in how frequent the interval of literally orgasmic creative excitement is; all the way up to the person me, it is experienced in a very slow cycle more or less, but down to a very small scale of me I know that cells are in the act of creating in this way faster than I can possibly imagine, and more integral than that, consciousness is the backdrop for all experience of these cycles from the faster than imaginable to the slower and slower and slower, all scales and spectrums of orgasmic creative excitement and everything inbetween, and it is literally losing its mind in every instant with delicious silent frenzied savoring... this root and source level of me absolutely relishes in every breath, every sensory perception, and also every thought positive or negative, every feeling of failure and every instant of the experience I think of as defeat, depression, etc. https://youtube/watch?v=M-JQb8ICCRw
