One of the biggest weight loss myths is that you have to restrict food to lose weight ... That is the worst thing to do for your body. Regular meals and variety is the best way to lose weight. Get your body burning people. You should want to eat every 2-3 hours thats a great sign that your body is working right. I try to make breakfast my biggest meal of the day :) it gets me started right. I tend to not eat after 8 at the latest( I try to not eat after 7 whenever possible) so that by the morning I need food. If you are a late night eater try to not eat after 7 for four days. After four days you should start to want to have breakky first thing in the morning. Let me know if you are going to do this !! It helps you be accountable when you know someone else knows !! This is a great first step for anyone out there who is ready to start their journey.
