One of the deepest truths of spirituality is the concept of Divine Exchange. There must always be an exchange of energy in order for movement to occur. From a place of low vibration and disconnection from Source, we cannot raise our vibration on our own unless we receive the energy from above to tune our own, and that energy must be supplied from above. Since energy cannot be destroyed but has to be converted, Source itself also has to absorb our negative energy in order to neutralize it. We cannot go to God at our low vibration. God has to come to us. This is why God came to redeem and reconcile all of creation and existence through Jesus Christ at the cross. The reason why Jesus was outside the Vortex (A vibrational place of being connected with Source) was because he took our place outside the Vortex so that we might take His place inside the Vortex. It is the concept of Divine Exchange. Jesus is Source and He absorbed all our sins (negative energy) into Himself and neutralized it all. The Man aspect of Jesus experienced separation from God on the cross. Jesus died as a Man on the cross but as God He took all our sins and removed it. The Cross is the Love of God revealed, and the Resurrection is the Power of God revealed. Paul says that Power without Revelation of the Love of God is empty. The Love of God is Spiritual Food for all living things. Even if people receive healings or demonstrations of spiritual power, without revelation of the Love of God, they would only be partially fed, and never receiving the fullness of God or Spiritual Enlightenment. It is the Cross that reveals the Love of God, the Divine Exchange and Divine Order in full expression. The Jews seek after the Power of God, and the Greeks seek after the Reason of Things and the Wisdom of God.
