One of the easiest things to do is to manipulate our public. This public was manipulated into supporting military dictatorship starting with Ayub Khan. This public was then manipulated to be against Ayub Khan and pro Yahya Khan. It was manipulated to accept the fall of East Pakistan. The public was again manipulated to support the war against Russia, to accept mass Afghan migration and to change their lifestyles to what Zia termed as Islamic. The same public was then against Zia and all for Bhutto! The same Bhutto they had allowed and supported the hanging of. The same Bhutto they elected after the fall of East Pakistan. This public was then manipulated into accepting rises and falls of different governments, and then another military dictator. Then it was manipulated to go from being Islamic to enlightened and moderated. Then it was manipulated into hating them. It supported Iftikhar Chaudhry and then hated him? It voted for the PPP and then hated it. It voted for PMLN then was manipulated to question it? How many more manipulations to go?... Picture abhi baqi hai...
