One of the female cardinals chirps insistently until I come to the door. When I approach she hops onto the wall outlet and peeks around the corner. I greet her with, hey chicken shit. I stopped messing with it to go make dinner. Beef tomato. Best ever. Along with the chili sauce I used some left over salsa. A little sugar balanced out the acid. Topped it off with a little Sriracha sauce. It is so savory. Even mom said it was good. Got to fold the laundry and take out the garbage tonight. Where does the day go?
