One of the hardest lessons to learn in business, and life, is paying attention to what people do VS listening to what they say. Do yourself a favor and ALWAYS watch what people DO VS. what they SAY. 95% of disappointments, betrayals, hard lessons, broken hearts, thefts, tolerating poor performance and situations where you get screwed over etc can be avoided by perfecting this habit. If you get screwed or taken advantage of...its likely because you were listening to words and not watching actions.
