One of the hardest things to get used to when you move...and there are many...if you like to cook...is the meat. So many years at Golden Dawn with Dicks wonderful lean meat.. But thanks to the trusted butcher...ok its pretty far away but I have a cooler...at Carmine in North Palm Beach....i got beautiful lean ground meat. I just started sauce...made meat balls and now all together simmering. All to feed Deb and her friend who are finishing under the house today or maybe more...the rest of the pavers. Also making lasagne for today and tomorrow...friends coming to kayak! Now this is what I love to do!!! Happy on Tybee Island....only better when all my kids are here!!!!
