One of the latest book reviews on Amazon - I read this book and immediately hired Jenny to work with her directly. This book quite literally BLEW MY MIND. Okay I should say I already knew about EFT and had worked with Alina Frank who gives some advance praise in the book. I knew how to use tapping to calm stress from my pregnancy and I understood how it helped chronic illness but I definitely did not understand the idea of Mining the Akash or the fact that my past lives had gifts that I could access – almost on request. Quantum EFT?!?? What the what? This book, in a very weird way, actually helped me understand why EFT works. So if you don’t know EFT (and you don’t need to for the book to make sense) EFT is tapping on acupressure points on your body while saying some stuff. At least that’s how I’ve always thought of it. Anyway, I know EFT works. If you do it once, you’ll know it to. But, secretly (and sometimes not so secretly) I thought it was dumb/weird/hokey/non‐sensical. Part of me knew it worked. It’s empirical. I’ve tested it. It works. But part of me thought, I don’t know maybe it’s a placebo effect or something. This is what was so cool about Tapping in Past Lives. Maybe everyone knows this but I believe the reason EFT works is that it opens up the parts of your brain that you don’t normally have access to – probably because if we had access to all of our brain we wouldn’t be able to function and survive. Quantum EFT blows the doors off the time‐space continuum and in that context, duh, of course EFT works because as humans we aren’t nearly as limited as we believe we are. Travelling through time to connect with other lives our soul has experienced is fun and interesting, I’m not going to lie, but then MINING that for the gems you can take into this life so you don’t have to “learn them the hard way” – that is the reason this book is a GAME CHANGER. Jenny Johnston and Quantum EFT are amazing. Do not stop at reading this book. Watch the videos and connect with her one‐on‐one.
