One of the leaders on the International Travel Retail Companies is now operating in Egypt. The HQ is based in the German City of Hamburg. The company has secured its first retail concession in Egypt after winning the tender to operate the duty free stores at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. It is expected to operate late summer 2014 and is now in the process of recruiting its staff for operation in Sharm El Sheikh and Egyptian HQ in Cairo. The following positions are required: 1- IT Manager: 7-10 years of related experience. This candidate will be responsible for the arrangement of perfect IT-infrastructure with the focuses checkout and inventory management -Procurement, installation, care and administration of the entire hard- and software -First-level support -Initialisation, execution of and follow-up to IT-projects -Organisation and execution of IT-trainings -Maintenance of stereos, as well as video monitoring, including data backup -Inventory support -Communication with the airport operator and external providers regarding IT-topics 2- Sales Team Leader: 5 years of related first leadership experience in the services sector / ideally in retail -very good command of English -Basic knowledge of MS-Office / inventory management - Job Target for this candidate is to achieve the shop targets in terms of the brand -High customer satisfaction -Turnover maximisation 3- Sales Staff( males & females are required) : 0-1 year of related experience in retail sector - Very good command of English Language. - Presentable and good looking •Presence and attention on the shop floor, active sales approach •Qualified counselling including additional sales and transaction •Offering of services •Correct cash till handling •Insurance of willingness to sell in the shop at any time •Keeping the shop clean and tidy •Constructive cooperation with superiors and colleagues •Continuous update of expertise while using all information media Attractive packages and benefits are offered.
