One of the most beautiful words in the English language is the word Redeemed!! Every human being is born into slavery to his sin nature with no hope of being freed through his own efforts!! When we hear that God the Son in human form - Jesus Christ - became one of His Own creatures in order to free every person from that slavery - to pay the price to buy the freedom - REDEEM - everyone who would believe - that is the most incredibly wonderful information that will ever be heard!!! Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.” Gal 3:13 And to know that all anyone has to do to walk out of that slave market of sin is to believe that Jesus Christ is God and Savior!!! The sacrifice that He made for every person who will ever live shows the extent of His love and grace to the human race!!! He said whoever believes will not parish but have everlasting life John 3:16!!!
