One of the most common questions that I get is what is it about Brecks that has made it stand the test of time? (53 years and counting.) Well, there are a lot of reasons but I think one of them is that we actually cook things. We dont just buy things already cooked and heat and serve. We cut our own steaks every day. We make things from scratch (like our pinto beans and cabbage). Its not rocket science. Trends come and go but we figure if we make good, fresh food at a fair price and treat people like we like to be treated....people will come back. No big mystery in that.
