One of the most enjoyable ways to share culture is through food. Nooran Al Salihi, an Iraqi Fulbrighter studying Directing at SUNY-Stony Brook, hosted several other Fulbrighters for an Iraqi-Thanksgiving Dinner. The main dishes served were halal Turkey and Dolma and, since there wasnt enough space at the dinner table for everyone, everyone sat on the ground like many Iraqis and Middle Eastern people would do.
