One of the most foggy times for Alzheimers sufferers is right after waking up. This afternoon, my Mother-in-law woke up from her nap and came out to the porch where I was taking a break from weeding. She looked around and said I remember this episode. This episode? I asked. Yes, this episode. I remember it, it was a good one I almost corrected her, telling her that this was real life, not a TV show. But I caught myself. And smiled. For one thing, it would have just confused her more. And I thought about it. It was a sunny day, I was taking a break from working in my vegetable garden and there was a nice breeze. It WAS a nice episode, actually, wasnt it?
