One of the most important truths you can teach a child is that God protects His people. Children often feel unsure of themselves and learning that God takes an interest in each of us can help them overcome their fears. That is important. Our children will face problems we are not there to solve. It may be a bully at school, a misunderstanding with a friend or a problem on a test.
