One of the most successful summer campaigns in American history was released this past summer by Coca Cola. #ShareaCoke was the summer campaign that set new standards in regards to using social media as an advertising tool! It received 95% positive feedback from all of the market. Usually companies hope to gain 50% or higher, so this was unheard of! The campaign originated in Australia and was adapted to the United States where it took the country by storm! It is very cool to see how a global brand such as Coke can adopt and adapt a global marketing campaign to so many different places!
