One of the most useful things Ive learned from personality theory is that why we’re under stress, the way we act flips to the opposite of our natural personality. (eg: an extreme introvert doesn’t stop talking, an extrovert retreats from the world and can’t face people, a keep-my-options-open type needs things closed off and decided RIGHT NOW, etc. etc. Over the years I have found this to be very true for myself and others. Ever noticed this in yourself?)
