One of the ruling party of the junta coalition, the party of Yatsenyuk, the principal banker, and Tymoshenko, the Ukrainian oligarchic queen, has introduced in the Parliament a bill giving the junta a right to preemptively detain and arrest anyone based merely on a suspicion that the person might pose a threat to the security of the ruling junta. The detained person can appeal only to the same authority which orders the arrest. In this way, the oligarchic party Fatherland (Batkivschina) is also demonstrating its fundamentally fascist orientation. Moreover, let be note that the office of the prosecutor general in the regime is in the hands of the fascist Right Sector.
