One of the targets of the involutionary forces is to prevent people from meditating. On every step of meditation, they create problems for you to stop meditation so that you do not expand your field of communication. The forces of involution tend to separatism, create cleavages, and isolate you from the rest. But because of these attacks upon you, you learn the preciousness of meditation and eventually learn to use it to change the direction of the involutionary forces toward synthesis and unity.
