One of the things I can never understand are conservatives in what ever disguise. I really cant think of one person who fits in the 1%. There are a lot of people who are doing ok, trips, cars, nice houses etc. But they are still getting shafted. This piece by NPR illustrates how better off they would be under previous regimes. Check it out. And no wonder modern day Republicans tried to kill off NPR.
