One of the things I love about teaching Ashtanga Yoga is the space just at the limit of possibility that a good assist can take you. Its an honor when I get to assist someone as talented and dedicated as @davidrobsonayct Being a small person I have had to find ways to use my core to stabilize my own body as well as the person that Im helping and as requested I am sharing my assist here. Teaching is an honor and a responsibility. Holding the vulnerabilities of your students in a clear space of compassion and trust is where the magic of yoga happens. Each time I share that sacred space I consider it a blessing. Thanks to everyone who joined me this weekend @ashtangayogato Thanks for sharing the sacred space of the practice with me.
