One of the things on the ballot has the potential for pretty far reaching consequences, and Im confused about how to vote on it. I figured Id ask what people thought and go from there. Right now, we update the rules twice a year and every change needs approval from a 2/3rds majority of the players. Players can suggest changes to go on the ballot as well. We also had a group of volunteers who meet up every now and then to work on rules. The lack of power to implement change kind of killed their enthusiasm. The census proposal is to give the Dev Team the power to put out patch updates, i.e. more regular but smaller rules updates that are thought up, ratified, and implemented by the Dev Team. Points for or against? Thoughts?
