One of the thousands reasons why an entire South Africans should consider an education as a powerful weapon is TECHNOLOGY. You prolly already know this or seen it happening. But the more technology is getting advanced the less job opportunities in the market. Flashing your memory back to the ancient times our grandparents didnt need to have money for them to be wealthy. They had cattles , a lot of them. They had a land for cultivation. They never suffered. They barely went town. What would be that for? Cause they had all the basic needs just cloze to em. Before sewing machines our grandmothers used to knit clothes themselves. Im sure there were thousands of opportunities. But as soon as they introduced sewing machines people started getting retrenched. Few people were required to be trained for the operation of this machines. Our grandparents used to exchange goods for those they need at that specific time. For an example 6 goats for 1 cow. And that cow that came from an exchange would extend the legacy of the family. Next thing your family would have cattles. During ancient times demand for clerks was high , there were shortage of computers ofcourse. So an amount of duties was very high also. But take a look now. 1 school = 1 clerk. There has been a huge reduction in this specialization field. IF YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A MATRIC CERTIFICATE NOWADAYS YET HOPING FOR THE SURVIVAL WELL YOU ARE TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE But am just sharing my view
