One of the truths about living in the victory of Jesus is that IF we are to cultivate the reality of this victory in our lives we need to understand the power and authority that rests in the hands of our saviour. EPHESIANS 6 v 10 exhorts us, “ Finally brothers, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Here we see an encouragement to us all to find the strength of the Lord in His mighty power. What is being said here is that victory and power rests through the mighty arm of Jesus, not in our own abilities. Even before we enter into conflict we need to understand the power, authority and victory that Jesus has manifested and established. We need to educate our minds and hearts concerning the victory of Jesus through His death and resurrection. When we go through the times of doubt, or hardship or fear we need to hold onto the biblical facts concerning the victory of Christ.
