One of the worst mistakes we make a humans is to hold ourselves responsible for the various things that are actually coming from within others or likewise to hold others responsible for things that are actually coming from within ourselves. We project our own negativity onto others and others negativity onto ourselves. This is not to say that the negativity of others is just in our imagination every time. But we cant control such things within other people while we can learn to love ourselves a lot easier if we resist playing this game of misplaced negativity. Take responsibility for your own inner peace. Dont be afraid to accept and love yourself as you are while at the same time doing all you can to be the person you want to be and know you should be.
