One of the writers is quoting in saying An Army will be raised and A will not be in it From that, we can now state that Mona, Lucas, Jenna, and Melissa are not A if that quote is to be believed. Especially since Mona&Co has clearly stated that she just wants Alison gone from Rosewood where as A wants Alison to stay. So with that said- who do you think is A since our suspects are now few? Keep in mind, Marlene has stated that Black Veil is endgame and that we have seen her without the Veil before. So if Black Veil is A- then we have seen A before.
