One of thing that is very important is the "Barrier of Communication" Write a note, INTERPRETER is required for the Deaf, hard of hearing, but the REASON for that because the Languages itself is not the SAME as the English written. Our head is trained into ASL Sign Languages. That is where hearing people do not understand that or educated enough. I would help the Director, Producer, my Agency to do better to make a different to the Disability Community. That way we have a Strong TEAM Player or Staff team to make it work. WE have to find the right person , right time to communicate each other. NOT EASY for anyone. WE need to BREAK THE LEG!! We need to find a way to do it. I would LOVE to do be involved and want to help the hearing person to work with any type of ASL FILM COACH along with the Director and Producer. That is the only way to learn to see how we can accomplish our work. I WOULD NOT BE HERE!!!! That is my DREAM and my goal . ONLY if a hearing person has more "PASSION" to learn our Languages in ASL Sign Languages. I would not waste my time waiting on you . I would move forward to the Challenges. :) :)
