One of ze computahs on zis nettwurk is infested man. It is insane. Ima ganna paste a pastebin link including text from exported log events. I was using it to edit/consolidate a resume I started from scratch. (I never use Windies, really; very rarely.) I have no idea why I even bothered with MS Office. Most hr vets say it can be a baad idearr; complicated things can cause it to be filtered out of automated tracking systems for recruiters. Injected malware as well (you may not be aware). I was looking at a page/not scrolling (you know how much cpu power that takes!!). The screen behaved as though someone RDPd to the machine, and possibly ran script. It was behaving as though the hdd was being scanned. Very wacky. I shut it down (its behaved very strange for a long time, anytime I go into it. Been meaning to reformat the Micro$oft junky OS coz I not approve, heh, so I dont tinker with if I ever use it. I took the network card out, and fired it up just incase some discrete script tried to reenable it. It was behaving more functionally. I checked out the event log. Hoooly crap. Theres prob over 50 different types of errors (totaling hundreds; whatever hasnt been removed, perhaps): disabling certain notifications, memory leaks, regristry data being accessed/tampered, programs/services being disabled, log information being corrupted, rebuilt, and/or removed, somethings revving up the CPU when its idle (i.e. when noones there), and apparently it overheats and shuts off thanks to safety protocol in the mobo bios. Tons of more stuff like DNS info being tampered w/. DHCP stuff being changed. ntp servers being screwed with/not accessible. time being changed (probably to disable windies updates), antimalware being blocked, trusted installer being tampered with/disabled Much more than just that. Its crazy. Started on 4/7 around 1:51pm apparently. What the heck. It was fine before then and it appears to have just gotten worse and worse looking at the log.
