He said There will be another stakeholder meeting this week but the minister is not included When FPI INFO asked why hes not part of the discussion this time arround, he said The minister is bereaved of the next lie & blackmail to tell. He can not go further we know. We pray the next minister is sworn into office this Wednesday to take over & that is very certain. And when asked why the state polytechnics did not join the strike from onset, he said As to why State polytechnics pulled out, the reasons are many though much of excuses. They are those who feel their government had already implemented some of the issues in contention like CONTISS 15 Migration. Others couldnt survive the no work no pay. While the majority opted out to take exams & return but never did. The strike is affected by the failure of most chapters to endure & to be consistent. We are much guilty & have a long way to go in repositioning ourselves for future challenges. And we hope the new Education Minister will look into ASUPs plight and resolve the impasse once and for all. -FPI INFO
