One pair of officers enjoyed #Blueprivilege and #qualifiedimmunity; the other did not. The two fatal shootings took place within 17 miles of each other. Both victims were unarmed and not engaged in criminal activity. One of the incidents resulted in criminal charges and a prison sentence; the other was ruled justified and the officers returned to duty.
