No wonder they have to devise strategies that convinvce enough 99 percenters to vote against their economic interests. Scare the folk with borders under threat, terrorise them about action on climate change, fabricate deceptive divisions about leaners and lifters, makers and takers and sow outrage about the poor using your tax money to stay alive and you have the News Corp propaganda promoting the GOP in the USA and the Coalition in Australia delivering buckets in tax cuts and greater entitlements to the one percent and holding down the wages and conditions of the 99 percent.
