One possible theory on the Karachi Central Jail cracker attack.. MQM has been trying for many years to get hands on this piece of land in the heart of the city worth Billions of rupees. A credible source told me last year the name of a few well known builder groups who have already developed plans for the future buildings in the area.. The next proposed Central Jail is to be on the Super Highway near Edhi Home.. The PPP wants its share and negotiations are going on to divide the land between Zardari Group and Altaf Group.. But first Momentum will be built on News Media to demand moving the jail outside the city by paid anchors due to security situation.. The source has also told me that the Central Jail transfer has also been one of the issues of discussion in the recent Sindh Govt PPP- MQM alliance negotiations..
