One proposed European family tree. I like and agree with the notion that the original Ice-Age European inhabitants were the more robust, larger brained, Cro-Magnon Man, along with the sensitive, soulful (in our common theory at least) Neadertal man. My theory is that these were K-type beings, that is having a lower rate of reproduction, but caring for each individual child more carefully. As opposed to R-Type which is basically reproducing and outnumbering, while not caring as much for the survival of any particular individual offspring. One theory is that the R-Type humans came from agriculture, more people could be fed, although at a lesser quality of health and strength than a hunter gatherer, these larger groups outnumbered and conquered the K-Type people who were not as innately violent and war-like. The history of the European people is the merging of these two types into one people, as recapitulated in the lore of the Aesir and the Vanir. The Vanir were the native nature/fertility gods of the indigenous (Cro-Magnon) inhabitants, while the Aesir came from the Aryan peoples migrating westward (Either from present Turkey, or some speculate the Ural Mountain area in present Russia).
