One reason why I love the innovative sphere around Salesforce is the Salesforce Foundation. Another is the innovative ecosphere of businesses that work with Salesforce, to make the life a little easier in the office, better for the customer, and in some substantial way, improve the world of business that we all participate in everyday, consumer or otherwise. I love Dreamforce, for all of its madness, in that it is the culmination of folks operating in all of those spheres I mentioned combod with innovative musicians, like will.i.am, Bruno Mars, and even folks like MC Hammer. Marc Benioff has done a fantastic job, despite all the challenges of riding a startup from ethernet cables in his garage and living room to a multi-billion dollar a year SaaS and PaaS company without losing control or vision. I could go on about the UCSF Benioff Childrens Hospital or any number of other efforts. Regardless of spiritual, or political affiliations, Im blessed to work in the bleeding edge of tomorrow, and talk daily with folks via social channels who are doing all they can to make use of what Gods given them. #gratitude
