One size does not fit all. Our TSC team are fortunate to have - TopicsExpress

One size does not fit all. Our TSC team are fortunate to have 3 great bikini girls competing in a few week’s time. All similar height and weight. All similar frames. Little difference in muscle mass, but great figures on all three. What’s the differences with them in terms of their nutrition? One of them is on fairly low fat and high carbs One of them is on low carbs and higher fats One of them is on high carbs AND high fats What’s the difference in them in terms of cardio? One of them is on no cardio at all. Not a single session One of them is on steady state and HIIT sessions. Quite nasty One of them is on gentle steady state sessions. Moderate. Those are all in a mixed up order btw. Not they don’t link. Weight Training wise – they are all fairly similar. Basics done well and progressively heavier, but structured to account for their particular needs. One needs priority in delts, one on back and one on glutes. I Absolutely cannot wait to see them on stage and all their hard work shining. The pics are from around 6 weeks out, so slighty out of date on the progress. Anyway…The moral of the story is think about it. If your trainer does the same with you as they do themselves regarding diet, training and cardio then there is questions to ask. Making you eat chicken and salad, and a whole load of fasted sprints( before breakfast) for example…cos thats how they done did it …Thats not good enough. Is it the right thing for YOU as an individual, to just do the same as them? Be specific to your needs.
