One summer on the corner of Shehy and Truesdale in Youngstown, there were two individuals both armed with what appeared to be TEC-9s standing across the street from one another. They began to open fire on each other and what may have been over 50 shots between the both of them managing not to get in a single hit. I was about six houses down the street and can remember thinking, we have the worst thugs in the world.
