One technique for lucid dreaming: When you get in bed and your mind is clear of the days activity, take some deep breaths and relax all the muscles in your body. You can prep the same way you do to meditate or self hypno. When relaxed, picture yourself entering the great hall of doors in your mind. Walk till you see a door that looks different from the others, your door the the dream world. Open it and step in. You should have an idea of what you would like to address in your dream, a place or old dream you may like to revisit. Think about where you would like to go and what you would like to do. Think about it for a few min, think of the details. When ready picture a gateway or portal infront of you.....your entrance to your dream...now step through, relax and let your mind take you there. It may take a few times to get it right if you are new at this, keep trying. Practice makes it easier. If you are good at remembering your dreams and interacting in them, this should be easy for you.
