One testimonial from Saturdays workshop -I have such an amazing reaction happening within my soul from the workshop. It seems so much bigger than me, and I cant quite put words to it yet...but it is a really great and freeing feeling. I left the workshop feeling very inspired, hopeful, optimistic, fulfilled, and I even felt something I didnt expect to feel -exhausted...but it was in such an amazing way. I fell asleep early and SLEPT LIKE A BABY for the first time, in a very long time. I am excited to see what this journey has in store for me, and cannot thank Shelley, Erin, Dana, and the other ladies at the workshop, enough. Thank you for showing me light at the end of the tunnel and providing something I didnt even realize was what I was missing all along...to be free of judgment. There is so much more that I feel about it, but like I said, I cant put it into words yet...
