One thing I have learned over the years in my own, personal nature-based spirituality, is to look for parallels and reflections in the realms of the world. If something shows up in one arena, it likely exists in others. The world reflects back onto itself! So, with the exciting news of this article reporting people learning about parthenogenesis in nature, it leads me to luscious questions about how we as individuals, can locate or generate resources within ourselves to create and further the worlds unfolding through our own growth and development, even when we happen to be alone with something we see or know or love that we wish to cultivate. Maybe, as with fractal geometry, we hold the whole within us and are sufficient to generate whatever we love and care for.
