One thing I love about Crossfit Women - they train to get fitter - stronger - BETTER. Weightloss is the furthest thing from their minds. Every time they train its to test themselves both mentally and physically. Their aim is ALWAYS to better their last effort be it to do one more rep, run quicker, master a new move, increase weight etc. These ladies have it right - THEY CHALLENGE THEMSELVES. These ladies never get bored of training - WHY? because they are always striving to get fitter and stronger. Training doesnt stop because 6 weeks has passed or they can now do 1 push up.
