One thing I love about JJs book Lose Weight Without Diet or Exercise is that she shows you how easy it is to get more physical activity throughout the day. And how your goal should be to move from being physically inactive to more physically active until your overall fitness level improves. One the easiest ways track your current physical activity is by using a step counter or other device to track your steps. I love my Nike Fuel Band. Being able to count my steps gives me added incentive to try to get in more steps throughout the day. The chart below is a guide in which you can use to determine your current phyiscal activty. Looking at this chart I need to up my step game on certain days when I am not teaching. Do you need to step your STEP game up?
