One thing I was looking very closely at with my Sacred Leadership Masterminders last week was the importance of seeing your business in the context of a marathon instead of a sprint. If you see your business as a Sprint, youre thinking only short term, and youre likely to either burn out quickly or give up before youre really making traction. If you see your business as a Marathon, you have long-term vision, you pace yourself, youre able to stay persistent and consistent, ride out the ups and downs, and have the patience and the energy to reach each milestone with grace and joy.
