One thing that I cannot stand - like it makes me want to go around throwing 540 kicks to peoples faces - is when someone disrespects a scholar from behind their computer screen on social networking. Even the slightest form of disrespect in the form of sarcasm or harsh criticism is extremely unacceptable. Of course there are certain things that disqualify someone from such a level of reverence and respect, but the majority of the time I see people disrespecting Shuyookh because of the most minimal and insignificant of differences. If we do not value the people who made sacrifices and utilized their lives for the sake of Allah (SWT) in becoming Scholars, then not only have we disrespected them, but the Sacred Knowledge that they carry as well. Nobodys telling you to shut up and keep your opinion to yourself; but for Gods sake, learn how to talk to those whom Allah (SWT) favored over you in Knowledge. They spent years going over what you oh-so-professionally were able to embellish on, on someones status on Facebook. -___-
