One thing that I did not realize was how vital the holy spirit is in the Christian walk. Without the spirit we are left in our carnal minds, the holy spirit helps to understand Gods word (KJV version), it helps lead us to more wisdom and understanding, it keeps us from sinning and does much more for us. We can not change on our own without the holy spirit. Also one more thing I would like to add about it, if you give in to temptation and sin, the Holy Spirit will flee. Thats why he requests that we keep our bodies clean like a temple, so we must ask daily to be filled with the Holy Spirit so that we can be guided and led by him. This stuff is amazing and fascinating. I dont post these messages to make people feel crappy about themselves or to condemn any one person. My messages are for the whole, including people that read them that arent even on my friends list...Please do not take me personal, I work for God and I mean to cause no harm to anyones ego. Just trying to teach who the real Jesus is and what he asks of us. He is a loving caring God but he is also a jealous God that wants his people to worship him the way HE requires not how we THINK he wants us to. Thats the beginning of understanding, fearing God.
