One time during high school days, my mother told me she sent a letter abroad to one of my fathers relatives. She was then asking financial assistance. But in return, her request was not granted and received words that somehow pointing like this, You do not ask people for money. We are working for our money and should work for your own too.. As my mothers child, I was hurt and felt bad about it. I later realized in life that it might be hurting but it is actually true. It makes sense. We can extend help for some point. We can share blessings. We can actually help. But we have to admit that we cannot give what we do not have and we cannot give everything. We have to remember to work for our own. Surely, we are 100% responsible for ourselves. And now I value this lesson in life that you have to always learn to survive and depend on your own as your first choice. Do not ask help if you have already extended and received some help. Learn to make on your own. But I have also learned to strive harder so I will not depend any of my family needs to anyone even if they are our relatives. Forgiven but not forgotten. Have a blessed Sunday everyone. 😊😊😊🙏🙏🙏
